Do you have my key in stock?
As the world’s largest, most trusted key replacement company, we keep thousands of keys in stock every day. Out-of-stock keys are usually replaced the same week. Feel free to call us before making an appointment or stopping by. Call us in advance for all Audi, BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Fiat, and Volkswagen keys. These keys must be ordered in advance.


Can you cut and pair my key?
We’re able to cut and pair thousands of vehicle keys, but there are some we just can't do. Please contact our Customer Support team (877-445-3953) for questions related to your specific vehicle.


How long does the cutting and pairing process take?
Depending on the vehicle, it typically takes from 10 to 30 minutes.


What COVID guidelines are you following to keep me safe?
We follow the CDC’s recommended COVID-19 guidelines to keep our customers and employees safe.

  • All employees and customers are required to wear a face mask at all times and must adhere to social distancing guidelines (6 feet).

  • Customers must exit their vehicle before the key and/or remote pairing process can begin.

  • Building access is limited to employees at this time, so please do not enter the building. You may wait in the designated covered area. Chairs are provided.
