I’ve been with Car Keys Express for more than 12 years. I started as a builder, what we called a Production Specialist at the time. Back then, the company was much smaller, with only about five builders on the team.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside the company. I worked my way up from builder to Quality Assurance Manager, a role I take great pride in today. When I first stepped into leadership, I had just one QA representative on my team. Today, I lead a team of eleven QA reps. That growth reflects both the company’s success and my own development as a leader.

A big part of my journey has been the leadership I’ve had the opportunity to learn from. Having a manager who leads by example, invests time in their people, and genuinely cares makes all the difference. I’ve learned firsthand how important strong, supportive leadership can be.

What makes my experience here meaningful is the culture. We’re a team, and even a family. You see it every day in how people step up to support one another. That sense of unity and teamwork is what sets this place apart.

I joined Car Keys Express in 2012, eager to grow with a fast-rising business and a team focused on building the country’s leading key service provider. Starting in Production, I helped streamline order processing, which led to a promotion into eBay Sales, managing excess inventory.

In 2013, I moved into Project Management within Operations. That experience helped me develop strong skills in coordinating across departments, improving processes, and managing our fleet.

By 2019, I was promoted to Operations Manager, leading a field team of 75 Account Managers. I gained valuable experience in coaching, performance management, and developing talent across a large team spread across different locations.

In 2020, I stepped into my current role as Strategic Operations Manager. Today, I partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and translate long-term goals into actionable strategy, drawing on everything I’ve learned throughout my career.

I joined Car Keys Express in 2011 as a Manufacturing Specialist, building and testing products on the production line. As I gained experience, the company recognized my work and gave me opportunities to grow beyond manufacturing. I moved into E-Commerce, supported IT and digital advertising, and eventually took on broader management responsibilities, including thoughtful AI integration.

I had the opportunity to help shape our early webstores when we were iKeyless.com, and later managed that business along with our eBay and Amazon marketplaces. Looking back, it’s been rewarding to see how much both the company and my career have evolved.

The work has always been challenging, but that’s part of what keeps it interesting. Every new role has given me the chance to learn something different. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside talented people who enjoy solving problems together.

Supportive leadership has also played a significant role in my growth. I’ve been challenged to keep developing my skills, with approachable, knowledgeable leaders available whenever I’ve needed guidance.
